Alison Driver (the woman behind the glasses) is a Seattle-based youth development consultant. Alison has worked in youth development and girl justice, both locally and internationally, since 2005. She is a validated external assessor for the Youth Program Quality Initiative, and a certified Youth Work Methods and Management trainer. She sits on the board of the Northwest Girls Coalition, and is obsessed with coffee.
In her free time, she enjoys running, triathlons, rock climbing, yoga, dog walking, and ice cream.
